I LOVE these peelers! They are very lightweight and easy to hold. While peeling vegetables you do not waste any because of how things the peels are! I also absolutely love that you use the handle to clean out the center of a cantaloupe! So much less waste yet again

My fingers and wrist don't hurt anymore after prepping the veggies for a meal. I especially love making egg rolls for my kids. These peelers are so sharp which helped peel a bunch of potatoes fast. They were able to julienne some carrots as a garnish too! (My kids were impressed). I especially liked the end of the blade where I could cut the eyes from the potatoes. I’m gonna get another set of my mother in law who has arthritic hands and it’s difficult to hold a paring knife.
